Run the 11-company ecosystem day-to-day. You report to the founder and coordinate entity CEOs, investor relations, government partnerships, and capital deployment. This is the #2 seat at BHC — you own execution while the founder owns vision.

Be the founder's right hand. Manage cross-entity projects, board meeting prep, strategic initiatives, and internal communications. You keep 51 people across 13 companies rowing in the same direction.

Manage the $52M capital raise pipeline. Schedule investor meetings, prepare pitch materials, coordinate Adventure Capitalism tours, and maintain the CRM. You are the first voice investors hear.
